1 - Issues logging-in on the web browser
Make sure you're on your company's environment (as in companyname.rotageek.com)
You can either use your username or email address. If you're still having issues, contact your manager so they can send you a new welcome email in order to reset your password.
The welcome email will include your username and a link to set a new password.
If your email address has changed, ensure it is updated through your organizationâs internal processes, as Rotageek relies on updated user information provided by your head office.
2 - Issues logging-in on your smartphone
Ensure that you're using the correct username or email address when trying to login. You also need to ensure that your app is up-to-date

3 - Issues logging in with Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO) and you have forgotten your login details, follow these steps:
Reset your credentials through your organizationâs internal process. This may involve contacting your IT/helpdesk team or using the SSO self-service portal.
Once your credentials are reset, open the Rotageek app and log in using your updated SSO credentials.
