How do I reset my password on the mobile app?

How to reset your password on the Rotageek mobile app.

If you need to reset your password click on the 'Forgot password?' button on the bottom of the screen.


This will then take you through to a page in which you can enter your username and press 'Reset password'.

Once you have done this the following pop-up should appear.


You will receive an email and a link to 'Reset your password'.

Reset your password and then log back in via the mobile app and enjoy using Rotageek!

If you do not have an email address, contact us through the chat bubble on the bottom right of your screen and we'll be able to assist on the next steps.
