Some customers require their users to login using an internal single sign on system. This means that users will be able to login to their Rotageek account using the internal sign on that they use for all work-related logins.

Logging-in using Single Sign On

When you first enter your username on Rotageek and your company uses SSO you should be redirected to your company's SSO portal. Once you're there you should be prompted to enter your login credentials.

If you don't know your login credentials we recommend that you speak to your company's internal IT, head office, your internal Rotageek project team, or your manager.

Forgetting Single Sign On Details

As SSO is a feature that is chosen by your company, the Rotageek support team will not be able to provide you with your login credentials or reset your password. This is due to SSO being managed internally by your company.

If you wish to reset your login credentials, there should be 'Forgot Details' or similar on your SSO portal. We recommend that you do this or alternatively contact your manager, Internal IT team, Rotageek project team, or your Head office.
