How to use our different available reports.

All reports on Rotageek are exportable in a CSV format by pressing Export. All reports allow you to filter to customise your data.

1 - User Payroll Code Breakdown Report

This report shows the numbers of hours used by any user for each presence and absence payroll codes across a period range of your choice.

2 - Location Payroll Code Breakdown Report

This report, similar to the User Payroll Code Breakdown report, shows the numbers of hours used for each presence and absence payroll codes across a period range of your choice, but by location rather than by users.

3 - Location Payroll Code Cost Report

This report shows you the cost for each presence and absence payroll codes across a period range of your choice for each location.

4 - User Task Hours Report

This report shows you how many hours per task have been assigned to users across a period range of your choice for any location. You can decide to include drafts journals (not-yet approved shifts) if you wish to do so.

5 - User Task Count Report

This report shows you how many times a task has been assigned to each user across a date range of your choice for any location.

6 - Shift Times Report

This report shows you the Scheduled vs Actual vs Clocked-in times for the location(s) and period range of your choice.

The Start and End columns correspond to the Actual times from the Timesheets section, the Scheduled Start and Scheduled End correspond to the scheduler's start and end times, and the Clocked in and Clocked out to the employee's clocked times.
