If your company is in a healthcare setting, we have an additional suite of reports to help you report on certain features.

Care Hours Per Patient Per Day (CHPPPD):

The CHPPPD report reports the number of care hours per patient for day and night shifts including registered and non-registered nurses.

When running the report, I can see the expected amount for CHPPPD, patient count and nurse hours. I can then see the scheduled amount and the actual. The expected amount is completed by our patient acuity feature.

I can filter by a custom date range, location(s), and I can choose whether I view day, night or both shift types and whether I want to view registered nurses, un-registered nurses or both.

Timesheet Entries With Missing Assignment IDs:

The report Timesheet Entries With Missing Assignment IDs shows all the timesheet entries with missing assignment IDs. It will allow you to see the location, employee and the start and end date of the missing assignment IDs. It is filterable by location(s) and a custom date range.

Percentage of Schedule Changes

The Percentage of Schedule Changes report shows schedule changes as a result of sickness and/or emergency leave per location. These are defined by the word 'sickness' or 'emergency' being in the leave type name.

You can choose the filters for date range, when you want to see if the changes happened and location(s). If the line is in red, there has been a change within the scheduler and it will show you the percentage.

Contracted vs. Worked Hours Variance Report (Date Range):

The Contracted vs. Worked Hours Variance Report set by date range allows you to run a specific date range and it will show you the contracted hours over that period and what variance there is if they have worked below or over their contracted hours.

Contracted vs. Worked Hours Variance Report (All-Time):

The Contracted vs. Worked Hours Variance Report all time allows you to run a report from a specific one day date which will show you the contracted hours from that day to the current day and what variance there is if they have worked below or over their contracted hours.

If you would any of these reports turned on, contact your Implementation or Customer Success Manager.
