If your company uses Timesheets or Time and Attendance on Rotageek, we have a suite of reports to help you view the data.

Time and Attendance Exceptions:

The Time and Attendance Exception report shows employee clock in/out exceptions by exception types.

You can choose which date range, location and/or employees you run the report for. You can also specify one or multiple exception types to be more precise.

Timesheet Validation

The Timesheet Validation report display the ‘warnings’ that show on a Timesheet.

You can filter by a custom date range and location(s).

Overtime Report

The Overtime report is to report user day level durations of any paycode. This report is specifically useful for overtime reporting for payroll teams.

If needed, you can choose to filter by a range of data. This includes start and end date, locations, users, position and payroll code.

Missed Clock-ins:

The Missed Clock report counts how many missed clock in and outs have happend for approved shifts.

You can filter by a custom date range (including one day), location(s) and user(s).

Shift Times:

The Shift Times report shows ‘actual time’ taken from the Timesheets, ‘scheduled time’ taken from the Scheduler and the ‘clocked time' using the raw clock in and out data.

If the employee has not clocked in/out, the field will be left blank. You can report on this by the Missed Clocks report (above).

You can choose a custom date range and look at specific location(s) via the filters.

Scheduled Fixed Shifts:

The Scheduled Fixed Shifts report shows fixed shifts by day. This data is taken from the 'custom shifts' that have been created within your company if this feature is turned on.

This report is filterable by custom date range and location(s).

Timesheet Comments:

The Timesheet Comments report shows the comments left on individual Timesheet entries. This is filterable by a custom date range.

If you would any of these reports turned on, contact your Implementation or Customer Success Manager.
