How to use the Patient Acuity feature on Rotageek

If you need to add Patient Acuity on Rotageek, you need to do this on the mobile app.

Log onto and navigate to 'Patient Acuity' on the left side purple ribbon.

This will bring you onto the main page. You can look at the Levels of care if you want to review each level.

You need to select the ward you are wanting to update, then you can update the acuity level by selecting from the list of levels. You need to update each bed and if needed, you can add a note at this point.

Once you are happy with this, click the tick in the top right hand corner to save the data.

It will bring up an additional check to ensure you are entering the correct data. Simply click 'Approve Acuity' and this will then save the acuity.

Once the acuity is completed on the mobile app, you can view this on the web app. Drop down the demand graph on the Scheduler and you will see the purple demand line based on the acuity values you have entered.
