If your company uses Rotageek for Payroll, we have a suite of reports to help you view the data for employee payroll.

User Payroll Code Breakdown Report:

The User Payroll Code Breakdown Report allows you to see the hours worked per payroll code for a user. This will show all the payroll codes that are active within your company. There will also be a total at the end of the row.

This report is filterable in loads of different ways, which allows you to be as broad or specific as you need to be.

You can choose a custom date range, employee and location. You can also filter specific payroll codes and choose if you want the output to be worked hours, leave hours or both.

User Payroll Code Count Report:

The User Payroll Code Count Report shows a count of the number of times a payroll code has been used by an employee. This report also includes the employees start date and end date.

The report is filterable by custom date range, employee(s), location(s) and payroll code(s).

Daily Breakdown Payroll Report:

The Daily Breakdown Payroll Report shows paid hours by employee by day.

The report is filterable by a custom date range, location(s) and user(s).

User Worked Location Payroll Code Breakdown Report:

The User Worked Location Payroll Code Breakdown Report allows you to see the hours worked per payroll code for a user, along multiple lines if they have worked over multiple locations.

This will show all the payroll codes that are active within your company on both lines, and the hours that have been worked in the specified location. There will also be a total at the end of the row per location; to work out the total these need to be added together or you can use the User Payroll Code Breakdown Report which shows all hours regardless of location worked.

This report is filterable by a custom date range, employee(s), location(s) and payroll code(s). You can also choose if it displays worked hours, leave hours or both.

We also have a set of reporting for location payroll reporting, click here.

If you would like any of these reports turned on, contact your Implementation or Customer Success Manager.
