If you have requested Annual Leave but no longer wish to take this period or need to cancel, you can do this via the Mobile App if the leave has not been approved.

On the mobile app, navigate to the Leave tab and find the leave you want to cancel. The leave needs to be 'outstanding' to be able to be cancelled.

Once you have opened the outstanding leave, you will see the option at the bottom to 'Cancel request.'

Once you have selected this, you will get a notification stating 'Your leave request has been cancelled successfully' and it will be removed from your list of Leave.

If the leave is already approved, you will need to contact your approver to have this cancelled.
