How to add Day Notes on the Scheduler as an Admin

As an Admin on Rotageek, our Day Notes feature gives you the ability to share messages or important information with your managers in case you need to inform them of something which may impact their scheduling for a specific day.

To add a Day Note, navigate to the Admin Console, select 'Day Notes', and create new.

Add the note you want to in the title field, which will be displayed on the Scheduler. You can choose the date this shows and for one or multiple locations. The description can be fillled out to remind you why the day note was added. A colour can also be chosen to differentiate the day note on the admin page, this does not show on the Scheduler.

All your day notes will show and be able to be edited on the Admin Console.

When on the Scheduler, your scheduling managers will be able to see if there is a note by an emoticon on a certain day. If there is more than one day note, it will also show the amount.

To view the day note, the scheduling manager simply needs to hover over the emoticon and it will show all the day notes belonging to that day.
