The below reports pull data from the Scheduler for you to be able to report on them. We have a whole suite of reports that will supplement the below reports.

Days to Latest Approved Shift Report:

The Days to Latest Approved Shift report allows you to see, per location, how many days worth of approved shifts you have. The below example shows this location has 15 days of approved shifts, so after this there are either no shifts or they're in draft.

Scheduling Rule Violations Report:

The Scheduling Rule Violations report allows you to run a report to see how many times a scheduling rule has been broken. If your company uses our schedule analysis toolbar, this report will show you per rule, how many in the given time period chosen have been broken.

This can be married up with the schedule analysis toolbar on the right-hand side on the Scheduler to see the exact violation of the rule.

If you would like any of these reports turned on, contact your Implementation or Customer Success Manager.
