If your company utilises Visa Types, Rotageek can help display these on the system.
If you're an admin on the system, you can add new visa types via the Admin Console, which is explained in this article here.
How to add a visa type to an employee:
For each employee, navigate to the Scheduling tab on the people page. Here, you will see an option for 'Visa Type'. Use the drop-down menu to choose the visa type that is related to that employee.
If the visa type selected has an expiry date, a second box will appear for you to enter the date. Once this date passes, Rotageek will remove the visa type from showing on the Scheduler and Timesheets, but will stay on the people page to show the historical data.
Where does the visa type show?
Visa types will be shown on both the Scheduler and Timesheet pages. The Scheduler will show automatically, but can be hidden in the scheduler view settings.
The Timesheet page will always show the visa type.
As mentioned above, if the date passes for a visa type that needs an expiry date, the visa type will be removed from the Scheduler and Timesheet page.
