On the Scheduler, you are able to choose between seeing a 1, 2, 3 or 4 week view. This allows managers to be able to see patterns running through weekly-periods and ensure the schedule has full coverage where needed.
The option shows on the Scheduler next to the date picker. From here, select either 1 week, 2 week, 3 week or 4 week view.
Once selected, the scheduler will update to show you the option chosen and the schedules within this. Below is an example of a 4-week view.
As a default, when a shift or gap is added, the box will show its duration (e.g. 8h). To make it more customisable to your company, you can use colours to coordinate certain times or tasks.
In order to show more descriptive information, we've added a new field called 'Short Code'. This will allow you to set a code by which you want the shift to be identified. This can be between 1 and 3 characters.
This can be set individually on shifts as shown above and on gaps. If you use Custom shifts, patterns or gap Patterns, you can also specify short codes on these features too.
