Rotageek allows you to see a Leave Calendar for your location. This will show you on each day, how many people are off per position. The colours are done per position to make it clearer to see from first glance.

As you can see above, on the 7th September, the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are both off.

The Store Manager is on Annual Leave and the Assistant Manager is on Sick Leave.

You are able to filter by location (if you have access to more than one location), position and the type of leave.

You can also choose if you view approved, outstanding or both. Outstanding will have hash marks through the dates to make it clearer to see.

If you select a specific day, it breaks down who has approved and outstanding leave along with the employee, their position and the dates the leave spans.
