Provided that your company has opted-in for this feature, you can view a list of the current and past timesheets.

This view helps you review and quickly identify discrepancies related to a shift between the number of hours you were contracted to work and what will appear on your payslip.

To access it, simply press Timesheets in the navigation bar, as shown below:

The summarized information shows you the status of the timesheet, your contracted hours, your scheduled hours, your actual worked hours, and any leave hours taken.

It also indicates if there is a difference between the contracted hours vs. how many hours you will be paid for, and by how much.

When pressing on a timesheet, you can see your scheduled start, end, and break durations, along with what those values are on the timesheet.

If your company has opted-in, you might see historical amendments to your timesheets. This happens when a signed-off timesheet is amended, and the offset calculated on an outstanding timesheet.

For instance, if your admin amends your start time from 9 am to 8 am on a signed-off timesheet, you will get that hour back, or if the end time is changed from 5 pm to 4 pm, you will get an hour deducted. This will show at the bottom of your outstanding timesheet.

Note: If you or your team have any questions regarding the hours or reasons given on the timesheet, please contact your timesheet approver, this is typically your Line Manager and not Rotageek.
