My employee has forgotten their username and / or password
My employee has forgotten their username and / or password

If your employee has forgotten their username: 

  1. Go onto People Page and type in your staff member's name in the search bar. 

  2. You will be able to see their Rotageek username below. 

If your employee has forgotten their password: 

  1. Go onto the People Page and find your staff member. 

  2. Click 'Reset Password' - this will send them a password reset email.  

If they haven't received their email in 5 minutes?

  1. Ask them to check their junk email folder.

  2. If it is not there, please contact us through our customer support bubble, bottom right of your screen on web and mobile app!
