If your company uses this feature, employees who can accrue leave can see how many days/hours they are projected to accrue for the remainder of the current leave year, based on the last 52 weeks of work.

How is it Calculated?

The system looks at how much you’ve worked on average over the last 52 weeks, your holiday accrual rate, and how many weeks are left in the holiday year. For example, if you’ve worked 20 hours a week on average, accrue holiday at 10%, and have 10 weeks left, you’d build up 2 hours of holiday per week. Over 10 weeks, that adds up to 20 hours of holiday.

Viewing Your Projected Leave Allowance

Login to the Rotageek Mobile app and navigate to 'Leave'. Under the name of the leave type there should be a projected hours/days section highlighting your projected leave hours/days for the rest of the leave year.
