Once the employee and location choices have been made, you can view any breaches that have happened during scheduling by using the schedule analysis sidebar.

The shifts are checked against the provided configuration to find shifts where a user is working alone when they shouldn’t be, either because they have opted out of working alone at that time, or because the location requires double manning at that time.

These breaches are then shown in the sidebar, sorted into either “PLARA Breaches” which is the location critical level or “ELPW Preference Breaches” which is for your employees choice.

The breach will indicate the user and shift the breach relates too, the time of the shift start/end and the time of the breach start/end, as well as if the breach is partial, meaning it doesn’t cover the full shift, or full, meaning it does cover the full shift.
