Rotageek's lone person working feature can help prevent people from working on their own in situations that they shouldn’t. Currently, an employee can choose between 4 options, where lone person working can be completed.

Evening Lone Person Working Preference (After 7pm)

Note: LPW = Lone Person Working

Rotageek allows individual employees to determine if they are happy to work lone after 7pm, or not. The choice currently defaults to “I don’t accept to do LPW”. It can be configured in either the mobile app, or the web app and has four options:

  1. I accept to do LPW at all times

    1. This means the user is always available to work alone with no restrictions

  2. I accept to do LPW except Friday and Saturday nights

    1. This means the user is available to work alone excluding Friday and Saturday after 7PM

  3. I accept to do LPW in case of support

    1. This means the user only wants to work alone after 7pm if the person they were scheduled to work with calls in sick or another emergency change to the schedule is made.

  4. I don’t accept to do LPW

    1. This means the user is never ok to work alone after 7pm and always requires at least one other employee working with them

Once an option has been selected, managers can use the schedule analysis toolbar to see if anyones choice is being 'broken' when scheduling.

There is also a location setting which determines the level of risk associated with the location. View this article to find out more information.
