Employees can choose their preference as to when they work alone, more information can be found here. Locations also can have a configuration that determines the level of risk associated with the location, which dictates its' need for double manning.

What options can be chosen per location?

There are 5 levels to choose from, per location, which will indicate the risk area for each location.

  • Level 1: Double manned all day

    • This indicates the location is in a high risk area and needs double manning at all times

  • Level 2: Double manned from 14:30

    • This indicates the location is in a moderate risk area and needs double manning after 2:30 PM

  • Level 3: Double manned from 19:00

    • This indicates the location is in a low risk area and only needs double manning after 7:00 PM

  • Level 4: No need to be double manned

    • This indicates the location is in a minimal risk area and doesn’t require double manning at any time

  • Level 5: Double manned due to incident

    • This indicates the location has had a recent incident that means the store needs to be double manned but the proper assessment hasn’t been completed yet. This is functionally identical to level 1

If an option is not chosen at location level on the admin console, a default value of “Level 4: No need to be double manned” is set.

This will work alongside the choice by the employee and be shown on the schedule analysis toolbar if there is a breach.
