If you're an admin on the system and your organisation uses visa types, you can manage current visa types and add new visa types within the admin console.
When viewing the page, any current visa types will be displayed.
If you need to make a change, click into the visa type you need. Here, you can amend the name, external ID (used for API purposes), the description and if the visa type expires.
Make sure you save any changes you've made.
Adding a new visa type:
To add a new visa type, select +Add Visa Type in the top right-hand corner.
Here, you need to add the below:
Name
External ID (Used for API purposes)
Description if applicable
If the visa type expires, tick the box
Once you have added these details, your visa type will be live and can be added to employees on the people page.
