Rotageek allows for customisation on the Scheduler to suit your scheduling needs. If you have access to the Scheduler, you can amend the below options to choose your view. If multiple people have access to the same location, you can all have different views saved to your profile.

Zoom preferences:

Rotageek will default unless changed to a 'medium' zoom preference. If you would prefer this larger or smaller, this can be changed in the view dropdown.

Employee sort order:

Rotageek will default unless changed to 'position' order. You can choose to view your employee order by first name, last name or contracted hours as well. This can also be amended on the Timesheet page to have the same format.

Settings:

There are further settings within the 'Settings' tab which is configured by selecting 'View settings'.

Employee Information:

You can amend how the employee information is shown down the lefthand side by selecting which data you want to display. It will automatically default to the below and display all the data that can be shown

You can select what you would like to see by choosing each option. For example, you might only want to view the scheduled and contracted hours, weekly maximum hours and position. This will then amend the data to only display what has been selected, as shown below:

Shift Information:

The same can be done for the shift information. You can amend how the shift information is shown on the actual shift entries by selecting which data you want to display. It will automatically default to the below and display all the data that can be shown

You can select what you would like to see by choosing each option. For example, you might only want to view the shift name, duration, break duration, task and payroll code. This will then amend the data to only display what has been selected, as shown below:

Day Totals:

The day totals displays under the day on the Scheduler. This will automatically default to show scheduled hours and targeted hours.

You may have different needs within your locations and certain options may suit better. For example, I might want to quickly view the amount of employees scheduled, on leave and sick.

Overall View:

Amending all of this data can make your schedule more suited to your personal needs and how you like to schedule. It can make a more concise or more detailed schedule and will be remembered on your profile.
