To clock in and out on the web app, either use the URL provided by your company or you can select 'Log in to time clock' on the log in page of your default Rotageek browser url. Navigating and correctly finding the clock-in option is essential for a successful login. It is located prominently on the homepage as "Log in to time clock."

This will take you to a page and ask for your username or email address.

Once you have entered this, it will ask for your password or pin.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure your browser is updated and try accessing the website from another device if you cannot find the "Log in to time clock" option.

  • Check your login credentials to resolve login errors.

  • Verify you have a stable internet connection to avoid time clock access issues.

  • Contact Rotageek support if problems persist.

Once you have entered your credentials, it will confirm your shift and you need to hit the 'Clock In/Out' button.

Once you have done this, it will either show your current scheduled shift, or your successful clock out.

Upon clocking in or out, you will automatically be logged out within 10 seconds to protect your account or you can simply click 'Log out'.
