If your company uses the Autoscheduler, the below reports are available to you.

AutoScheduler Usage Report:

The AutoScheduler Usage Report monitosr how many shifts on the scheduler are completed by the Autoscheduler. You are able to see the % of how many the Autoscheduler created against manual scheduling. This report also includes a % of overall shifts that have come from the Autoscheduler.

You can filter by location(s) and a custom date range.

Fit to Demand Report:

The Fit to Demand Report will show you scheduled vs demand amounts along with the difference and margin between these. This is shown in 15 min increments and will automatically export to excel. You can choose to include draft shifts alongside approved shifts, for given a location(s) and custom date range.

Fit to Demand Summary Report:

The Fit to Demand Summary Report will show you Scheduled vs Demand amounts along with the difference and margin between these. The understanding of summary is per location per day. You can select a specific week to run per location(s).
