Third-Party Navigation Links allow you to add a link to an external website directly within the Rotageek web application. This makes it easier for users to access related platforms from the Rotageek navigation bar without needing to manage separate bookmarks or entry points.
This feature embeds a URL-only link and does not create a technical integration or share data between systems.
What users will see
Users who belong to a group with a configured navigation link will see the link in the Rotageek navigation bar on the web app.
Clicking the link opens the external website at the configured URL.
Important notes
This feature is available on the Rotageek web application only.
The link opens an external site and does not embed content or pass data between systems.
Access and authentication for the external site are managed outside of Rotageek.
How it works
Navigation Links are configured at a group level. To get this feature added, please contact your Customer Success Manager or contact Rotageek Support.
