Wellness Check-in is there to help keep you safe while you’re working alone.
If you’re scheduled to work solo at a location, you’ll receive simple in-app prompts during your shift asking you to confirm you’re okay. Each check-in (or missed one) is logged with a timestamp, creating a clear record that you were safe and accounted for throughout your shift.
If you don’t respond within the expected time, the system automatically raises an alert and notifies the appropriate people so they can quickly check in on you and make sure you’re alright.
To complete a wellness check-in simply login to your Rotageek account and press the 'wellness check-in' tab on your dashboard.
Note: If it is greyed out that means the wellness check-in is not yet due.
After pressing the wellness check-in button on your dashboard it will redirect you to the screen below. Press the 'Complete Wellness Check-in' button and once done this will notify the appropriate people of your status.
What Happens if I don't complete a wellness check-in?
If you don't complete the required wellness check-in you will receive notifications on your rotageek mobile app prompting you to complete it. Your manager or the person responsible for your well-being will also be notified via email prompting them that you have not completed the required check-in.
