We have built a ‘new’ reports section which makes for easier reporting. Soon, everyone will be using new reports so if you are looking to report within Rotageek, we’d give you this version of Reports.
Reports can be found on your lefthand side bar if you have access. There are two main reports we give to clients which should give you all the information you’d need to report on.
User payroll code breakdown report:
This specific report gives you a breakdown of all the payroll codes and leave for each employee. You can choose which date range you want and you can specify by employees and/or locations.
Once you have chosen the filters you want, simply click Apply and your report will be produced.
The report pulls the employees Name, Contract Hours, Payroll ID, Location, Contract and Position based from the People Page.
The filters then pull the rest of the information. During the date-range you selected, it will display the employees Annual Leave taken, Basic Hours worked and any Sick Leave taken; it will then total this at the end. If you change the date-range, the information will change. If you have custom payroll codes e.g. Lieu, Jury duty etc, these will also all show on this payroll report making it more customisable per company.
Location payroll code breakdown report:
This specific report gives you a breakdown of all the payroll codes and leave for each location you have, giving you an overall total.
Again, you have a filters option but as it is per location, you are able to select the date-range and location. If you want to pull the report on all locations, leave this blank.
If you click Apply, the report will produce. It will give you the location on the left hand side and then all of the Annual Leave, Basic Hours, Sick and a total of these per location per the date-range. It also gives you the Contract Hours and if your company uses Budgets, the Budget Hours.
