If you are having problems logging in on the mobile app first make sure your username and password are correct:

If you can't remember your password, you can find out how to reset it here.

If that doesn't work, make sure you are using your username rather than your email in the Username field

If you still cannot log in, contact us via the little chat feature in your lefthand side bar or email us at support@rotageek.com. In the message let us know your name, the company you work for and the type of phone you are using so we can diagnose and fix the problem as quickly as possible!
