Let's say you have an employee that you don't want to show on the scheduler. It might be that they have left your organisation but may return in the future, or perhaps they are a manager/ director that you don't want to appear on the day to day schedule.

You can chose not to include them in the schedule as follows:

1) Go to the Employee section

2) Edit the required employee by clicking the orange Edit button next to their name

3) Navigate to the Additional Information tab

Here tick the 'Exclude from Scheduler' check-box.

Click Save and your employee will no longer appear on the scheduler.
