You can suspend your email and SMS alerts that go out to staff when a rota is approved if you are either setting up a test account or need to make changes without notifying them.
1) Go to Settings
2) Change the 'Suspend Emails' box to 'On'
3) Click Save
This will stop all email and text messages being sent while you set up and test your account. Remember to switch these back on once your account goes live.
