When you first add a shift to your rota it will appear in light grey. Once you have saved it, it will turn a darker grey and allow you to edit the times and add notes.

When you are ready to send out the rota to your team you can then 'Approve' the rota and your shifts will turn full colour.

If there are any light pink shifts on your rota that you are unable to change, this indicates that an employee is working at a different location that day.

If you go to 'View'- 'Show locations for shifts' you will be able to see which location this is.
