Leave requests can be viewed by going to the 'Leave Admin' area of the site.

This displays all of your employees outstanding, approved or rejected leave requests.

Select the leave request that you wish to view, and click 'Process'.

This will display details of the leave request and give you the option to 'Approve', 'Reject' or mark the request as 'In Process'.

Add notes for your employee if you wish to.

Click 'Update Request' to finalise your decision.

Your employee is emailed and texted with your leave decision and the scheduler is altered to show the approved leave. It will also appear on the 'Leave Calendar'. The leave is shown as approved on your leave list.
