1 - Issues logging-in on the web-app

Make sure you're on your company's environment (as in companyname.rotageek.com)

You can either use your username or email address. If you're still having issues, contact your manager so they can send you a new welcome email in order to reset your password.

2 - Issues logging-in on the mobile app

The app doesn't accept email addresses, it only accepts usernames (also, the username will never be your email address). 

If you're still having trouble, contact your manager so they can send you a new welcome email in order to reset your password.
