If your employee has forgotten their username:
- Go onto People Page and type in your staff member's name in the search bar.
- You will be able to see their Rotageek username below.
If your employee has forgotten their password:
- Go onto the People Page and find your staff member.
- Click 'Reset Password' - this will send them a password reset email.
If they haven't received their email in 5 minutes?
- Ask them to check their junk email folder.
- If it is not there, please contact us through our customer support bubble, bottom right of your screen on web and mobile app!
