1. Navigate to the employee section of the Rotageek web app
2. Edit the employee by clicking the purple 'edit' button
3. Click the blue 'reset password' button.
4. Confirm by clicking 'Go ahead and change'
You team member will be sent a reset password link by email.
If they haven't received their email in 5 minutes?
1. Check the junk email folder
2. If not, contact us through our customer support bubble, bottom right of your screen on web and mobile app!
