Is it possible to customise what information is displayed when viewing the Scheduler. To see your current preferences and make amendments, first click on "Employee / Shift Information" in the View menu on the top-right hand corner of the screen.
The pop-up that follows has a list of attributes that can be toggled to show or hide on the Scheduler. The 'Employee information' refers to the attributes that are displayed underneath an employee's name. The 'Shift information' refers to the attributes that are displayed underneath the start/end time of each shift.
Select the which attributes you would like to display and deselect those which you would like to hide. When you're done, press Save.
Once you make a change, this setting will be stored by us in your browser. This means we'll remember your selection and apply it the next time you access the Scheduler on the same browser.
